WHERE? 
Orders are picked up curbside at 63A Washington Ave in Rensselaer. At the time which you specified at ordering, your order will be placed right outside our door on a stool with your name on it for completely contactless pickup. Just pull up to the curb and grab your box!
Customers can be assured that the kitchen is all windows, so it's not as if weirdos are coming up and touching your food- it's a secure little area. 

WHEN? 
Orders can be picked up Wednesday-Saturday between 9AM and noon.
It's important to specify when in your submission- I need to know when to set your order out, and when to be ready by. That has been the most forgotten piece of info, so the goal of this site is to streamline the ordering process so that all that's needed is a confirmation email from me to you, no more back and forth! 

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER?
Go to the 'order' tab in the top right of the screen. Fill out the info as prompted, and I will confirm via email and send payment/pickup info.
Pre-orders will close at 4PM- the form will be unavailable after that time. If you don't see it, don't worry- just try again for the next day.
It will also be unavailable on Sunday & Monday, and once I'm sold out- keep in mind that I'm just one person, and I cannot exceed a certain amount of orders in one morning! 

HOW DO I PAY? 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only contactless payment via Venmo will be accepted.
Payment will be requested at confirmation of your order. 
No refunds will be issued- please make sure you're able to pick-up when specified!! If you must change your pickup time, it must be within the given time frame of 9AM and noon. 

ARE YOUR DOUGHNUTS GLUTEN FREE?
No, not currently! No animal products are ever used, coming from a vegan baker and vegan kitchen- but there is plenty of gluten being used.
